Summer Camps
Fighting Words offers free Summer Camps to children and teenagers in July and August. During my time there, I took part in every Summer Camp and supported the workshop leaders. I also took pictures of the children working on their projects and filmed interviews with them which I then turned into reels and uploaded on Instagram and Facebook. All posts are created with Canva.

I took pictures throughout the camp and created posts and videos on Canva.
For each Camp, I first created a post with the poster "Welcome to the Summer Camp 2023" as the background to make the Instagram grid more coherent and to link the posts.
Then at the end of the camps, I created a post with a background fitting each camp.

This is a reel with participants from two camps answering what they like about the camp to promote the Summer Camp workshops to other children and their parents.
Filmmaking Camp
In the Filmmaking Camp, I worked closer with one group of children and helped them film and edit their movie.
This reel is a video with all Summer Camp participants where I asked what their favourite word is.
Wicklow & Limerick Camps
The Wicklow and Limerick coordinators sent me pictures of the camps and I created posts on Canva.
